Dark World by Waddingtons (1992)
This was a great success for Waddingtons when released 1992 and is set in a fantasy world of Heroes,Castles,Ogres,Orks,Skeletons
Treasure,Magic etc,etc.
The Story is that Korak who leads the Dark Legions has discovered and seized the "Mace of Chaos"which has given him power to unite and command
the evil races of the Outlands.
You control one of the 4 Heroes (The Knight,The Barbarian,The Dwarf,The Ranger) who has the quest of returning the Mace.
Your quest starts at the Castle Walls, you enter each room where danger or treasure awaits. If you are succesful you can reach the
Castle Tower where the Mace can be found but also Korak who will not give it up without a fight.
This Game is played in Beautiful 3D ,with Fantastic Models of the Castle and Interior and the Heroes and Monsters and Accessories.
The Game is Complete and the contents are in Excellent Condition.
The Box is also in Excellent condition for its age with only slight storage wear.
This Game is very difficult to obtain complete due to the number of pieces and small parts that were often lost.
This Game was released when fantasy adventures were at there peak,it was outshone to a degree by the Games Workshop merchandise
but this game is really excellent fun not only for its game play but the 3 dimensional Board and playing pieces.
