This set was the Largest set to be brought out by Subbuteo to represent this great sport,
Unlike the football and Cricket where they developed each set to make it bigger with accessories like floodlights,spectators,groundsmen etc 
they never did this for the Rugby which seems strange bearing in mind the popularity of Rugby worldwide.
This set has Halifax  in White and Blue Hoop Shirts ,White Shorts and White Socks  with a Blue Trim
The Second Team is Wigan in White and Red Hooped Shirts,White Shorts and White Socks with a Red Trim
The Set is Complete with all items , Matching Kickers,Scrummer,Posts,Balls,Wedges(stops),rules and Pitch.
The Contents are in Excellent Condition with no repairs etc.
The Box is also in Excellent Condition
The Set is almost 40 years old and will bring back many happy memories but still is an excellent game to enjoy now.
