1. PRICING

All pricing on this website are quoted in UK Pounds Stirling. The postage and packing prices can be seen on the home page under "Delivery Costs"  Please note there is no other added hidden costs

2. PAYMENT

At present you can only place orders via our Website. We accept payment by

a) Paypal

b) Cheques and Postal Orders (UK Only)   - Please make out to "Sir Collectalot " and send to

If you pay  by Cheque please allow an additional 4 Days to allow your Cheques to be processed

3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Postage costs will be automatically added to your order at the shopping cart .All delivery costs are based on weight and can be viewed anytime on the front screen under Delivery costs to give you an  approximate cost to see if you would like to continue.

UK and Ireland : I will always attempt to post your item as quickly as possible after the order is processed and aim to send your item within 3 days but due to delays out of my control this can be sometimes upto 10 days.

Europe and the Rest of the World : I will always attempt to send out your items as quickly as possible ,I will send small items upto 0.5KG(500g) by Airmail which can take upto 6 Days whereas heavier items upto 2KG (2000g) will be sent by Royal Mail Surface Mail to keep down postage costs - Please note surface mail is quite a slow delivery method and if an item is wanted quickly or for a certain date please email us for a alternative method of delivery. Due to restrictions by the British Postal service certain items cannot be sent by normal postal methods, These items will be clearly identified on the goods description

All items are checked and packed carefully by hand to ensure a)All items described on website is correct   b)To ensure items are well packed to prevent transit damage  c)That contents of item are correct

4. REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Sir Collectalot operate under the distance selling regulations

If there is a problem or concern with your item please inform us immediately and we will do everything possible to resolve

If the problem cannot be resolved,please inform us of your wish to return the item. It is advised that proof of postage is retained in case of loss or damage caused in the postal system

Postage costs cannot be refunded unless this is a fault caused by Sir Collectalot

The item must be returned in the same packaging that it was received and must be in the same condition that it was received (i.e no seals broken,damage) thus allowing us to resell the item otherwise we cannot give a refund .

Sir Collectalot cannot accept responsibilty for any item that is lost or damaged in the postal system,  but Sir Collectalot will assist with any claims to the Royal Mail and will keep receipts of proof of postage. Any obvious sign of damage please make the postman aware immediately of the problem as this will help with any claims.

5. Condition of Items

All the items we have for sale will be as the advertised description, I value our reputation and attempt to give the customer all the information I can on the condition of the item for sale and will not attempt to deceive anyone with false descriptions. When we describe the item please note that a lot of these items are 20  to 50 years old and the descriptive condition is relative to the items age and thus some will have age related marking scuffs etc but if it is a concern of note I will inform you of  this in the items description. 

6.Security and Privacy

Security - We very aware of our customers concerns over internet security and put our customers security above all else  , if you elect to pay by either Credit or Debit cards your details will sent via a secure server and handled by a very reputable  Merchant Bank

Privacy - Sir Collectalot value a persons privacy and will never contact you by phone,all corrospondence will be carried out by email and that will only be until your order is completed, I will keep not keep anybodies personal details on file and will only contact you if you have given your permission to do so.
